Listowise is an AI-powered tool that helps eBay sellers optimize listing titles, keywords, and descriptions. The service is currently in a waitlist/beta phase; features and availability are subject to change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Listowise.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist
• Do not submit fraudulent or abusive requests
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on listowise.com are owned by Inventowise. AI-generated listing content created for your products is licensed to you for use on eBay and other marketplaces.

6. AI-Generated Content

Listowise uses large language models to generate listing content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing to eBay.

7. Limitation of Liability

Listowise is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to changes in eBay search rankings or sales performance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
